We sell stock items; this means we can ship them in as little as 2-3 business days. However, cabinets are already made and therefore cannot be modified or adjusted.

It depends on a cabinet line, most cabinet styles are finished on sides. You will need side panels for exposed cabinet ends for the following product lines: Coffee Caramel, Embassy Cherry, White Shaker, Espresso Shaker, Executive Antique, Signature Black and Oldtowne White.

All other cabinet lines come with finished sides.

Base cabinets are 34-1/2"H, regular wall cabinets can be 30", 36" or 42" high. Accessory and bridge wall cabinets' height depends on appliances' dimensions and design related factors.

Generally we sell whole cabinets only. The only doors available are decorative and sample doors. Keep in mind that the cabinet face part makes up to 75% of the cabinet cost. Our whole cabinets will cost you less than just front parts from many other places. Cabinet refacing often involves custom cabinet door/front manufacturing because of the need to match the existing cabinet designs.

Our cabinets have all wood construction without particle board. Door, drawer front, face frame, and drawer are made of 3/4" thick solid wood. Cabinet box is 1/2" thick or greater plywood.

We collect sales tax on orders shipped to Colorado, Maryland, Michigan, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Virginia.

You can return any product within 30 days from the date order was received. Restocking fee may apply.

Our cabinets can be shipped to Canada. However, you will need to arrange your own shipping. There are many companies who specialize in cross border shipping.

Some cabinet lines can be shipped assembled; look at Product Catalog -> Accessories -> Upgrade Options for each cabinet line to find out. However, assembly will make your cabinets cost more because of extra labor and shipping expenses associated with assembled cabinets. In some cases it is cheaper to hire a professional carpenter or cabinet installer to assemble cabinets than paying shipping and assembly fees.

Local Terminal Pickup is the shipping option that allows picking your order up from a freight company terminal in your area. Usually terminals are located within 20 miles from the shipping address.

We will provide replacement parts for all cabinets and accessories damaged in transit at no extra charge. However, it is very important to submit the damage report properly. If you see any damage to the outside of box(es) during delivery, note it on the delivery receipt before signing it. According to most freight companies' rules, concealed damage must be reported within 7 days. See complete details in Shipping and Returns .

There are two main assembly types:

Cam lock or Interlocking Bracket. This type of cabinets is the easiest to assemble. Most of our cabinets come with cam lock or interlocking metal bracket assembly. Only a screwdriver is required in this case. Average time to assemble a double door wall cabinet is 10-15 minutes.

Staples and Wood Glue. Many professionals prefer this method because it creates more custom look and you have more control over cabinet construction. This method requires an air stapler and wood glue. Average time to assemble a double door wall cabinet with staples is 15-20 minutes.

Standard order preparation time is 2-4 business days, most orders are shipped within 2 business days. Average transit time is 3-4 business days; exact timing depends on your location.
Exceptions:

Usually all orders that weight more than 60 lbs are shipped via freight carriers. They require appointment for delivery. Once the order ships out you will receive tracking information, then a freight company representative will call to set up an appointment for the delivery. Cabinets are valuable items and they will not be left on the street if nobody is available at the delivery location. Orders that weight less than 60 lbs are shipped through the UPS or FedEx. Appointment is not required in this case. The Cart section will display the shipping options and transit times before you place an order.
